As a seasonal hire you will have a defined employment time period. Your manager will communicate with you what your last day worked will be as the peak season comes to an end. Primary Responsibilities: Assists customers: You seek out customers and do whatever you can to make their experience great from the sales floor to the register. want to come back! Adjusts to customer flow: You are always on the move and available to provide assistance to customers or your co-workers. Maintains product presentation: You are always making adjustments to display the latest fashion and merchandise trends after the customer has taken time to explore all of our great products!
Replenish and restock the store: You understand the needs of the customer. When merchandise is getting low, you know just where to get more to ensure all of our customers have the styles and sizes they need. The Merchandiser must demonstrate a professional demeanor by dressing and grooming in a professional manner while keeping vehicle clean, organized with adequate P.

Work Schedule This Merchandiser is a part-time position working up to 29 hours per week with daytime hours varying by schedule Monday through Friday. Evening and weekend hours may be required as schedule demands. Pay & Benefits $17.00 per hour 401k Contributions after probationary time is met Work Environment & Physical Demands The Merchandiser operates in the field with daily travel, driving in all weather conditions. Time is also spent in a professional office environment, using standard
office equipment. Work environment will vary based on account stops.
Merchandising is also a very active position. The employee must frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, stoop and climb throughout the day while lifting, stacking, moving, and rotating with items, without handles, that weigh up to 50 pounds; push/pull carts with up to 100 pounds of force. This position is required to operate warehouse equipment and regularly to read, write and communicate in English. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Required Qualifications Minimum age of 18 years High School Diploma/GED (Bachelor's degree preferred) Basic competency with basic i OS devices 2 years sales experience (preferred) Additional Requirements Adhere to the policies and procedures outlined in the employee policy manual and any applicable contracts, signed agreements, and work rules.
