The purpose of this role is to fulfill the merchandising needs of our retail partners by stocking and maintaining the shelves of Campbell Snacks' products and building promotional displays at stores. Merchandising requires you to physically build promotional displays, move product from the backroom
to its assigned shelving, and check price tags for accuracy. This is an entry level role within our sales organization that will offer opportunities for career growth and advancement.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Merchandising Follow schedule of in-store visits for assigned stores (in terms of visit frequency and sequence) Fulfill merchandising needs of retail partners by stocking and maintaining shelves of select
Campbell Snacks' products and building promotional displays Set shelves and displays according to specified planogram (POG) Ensure freshness of select Campbell Snacks' product by rotating product, and removing out-of-code and damaged product from retail partners' shelves Build and maintain displays both permanent and cardboard Check product pricing and report any inaccuracies to management to include shelf tags and POS Interact with store management and employees as needed to maintain high level of customer service Operate equipment for moving products (e.
g. pushing/pulling of the U-Boat, hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc. )Communication/Team Collaboration Inform sales management about field activity such as market conditions, availability and condition of merchandise, and competitor activities Coordinate/communicate with other team members on ordering and delivery needs or issues Ensure all in-store activity is reported through digital platforms/applications Administration Regular, reliable, predictable attendance while being flexible in your work schedule (this includes being available to work weekends and holidays when needed) Practices and adheres to appropriate safety and hygiene guidelines and procedures for safe housekeeping, vehicle operation, and personal protection Submit and maintain proper customer records, sales, activities and other required reports and forms Support in-store team members as necessary Perform other job-related assignments, duties, or projects as directed by management Attend trainings and other meetings as directed by management Performance measurements Cases stocked/ hour Display adherence Adherence to schedule Safety standards COMPLEXITY AND SCOPE Ability to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form Strong problem-solving skills Customer service mindset and ability to work in a collaborative and team atmosphere Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills Ability to take initiative with minimal supervision (self-motivated) Ability to maintain strong customer relationships Self-motivated and detail-oriented Aptitude to use technology (e.

Must submit to a drug screen and pass background and motor vehicle record checks Must have access to a reliable vehicle that you can use to travel to multiple locations within a shift. Company will provide mileage reimbursement for business use of personal vehicle. Must have a smartphone for business use on which certain business applications must be downloaded. Company will provide a monthly allowance.
% OF TRAVEL REQUIRED FOR POSITION Position is field-based and vast majority of working time is spent outside of Campbell facilities in stores and driving between stores WORK ENVIRONMENT Ability to scan, handle, and move products efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting products up to 50 pounds Ability to walk or stand for up to eight to ten hours a day Willing and able to operate carts, hand trucks, pallet jacks and other equipment to move products Ability to frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach to perform job duties Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and/or holidays Ability to work 40 hours per week with a start window between 7:00am - 9:00am daily and overtime as required Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training.
