communicate with coworkers and guests Help guests with their souvenir selections and answer questions Resolve guest concerns in a courteous and prompt manner Operate the POS accurately Ensure merchandise is well stocked and organized Ensure the retail locations are clean and safe for our guests Operate mobile retail carts when needed Protect guest belongings, turn in lost and found items immediately Responsible for adhering to all applicable labor regulations and guidelines, including scheduled start and end times, break schedule and consecutive days worked Support our park through other duties as assigned by your manage Education: No minimum educational requirements Languages: English Basic Qualifications: Must be at least 14 years of age on the date of applying Must be able to speak and read the English language Must have reliable transportation to and from work for your scheduled shift Must work well with other team members and be able to interact with our guests in a fast-paced environment Must display a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and professional image in compliance with Idlewild and Soak Zone guidelines Requirements: Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be able to work at least one (1) weekend day (Saturday, Sunday) per week throughout the operational season Must be able to work at least three (3) days per week and at least 24 hours per week from June through August (Shifts are available starting in May and continuing through October.
