Job Responsibilities • Greets and assists customers while anticipating their needs • Ensure product is stocked to appropriate levels and replenishes and arranges items as needed to maintain appearance • Operates register, handles cash, and process credit card transactions • Responsible for cash handling, safe verifications, and preparing deposits • Maintains friendly, efficient, positive customer service demeanor toward customers, clients, and co-workers.

Qualifications • Previous customer service experience preferred • Previous cash handling experience preferred • Basic math and counting skills required • Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal • Must be able to work independently with limited supervision • Must be available to work flexible hours including evening and weekends This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to,
lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing.
This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Contributes a consistent and smooth flow of operations by informing supervisor about supply needs and any internal problems. Complete daily opening and closing procedures and daily duties provided by manager and/or supervisor. PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS - This position is required to work evenings, weekends and holidays while in operation. Able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position a minimum of 20 pounds on an occasional basis. Auditory and visual acuity to operate computers, phones, mobile devices and basic office equipment on a constant basis.
Ability to work for extended periods of time standing, walking, kneeling, pushing and pulling on an occasional basis. Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests, supervisors and other employees. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
