POSITION TITLE E-Commerce/Internet Portal and Inside Sales Manager - Residential, Floor Covering Division POSITION OVERVIEW This position is located in Spartanburg, SC to facilitate cross-functional work activities with Marketing, Merchandising, and Design. The role reports to the Residential Business Leader and dotted line to the Marketing Leader. The E-Commerce manager

performs online sales activities and is responsible for communicating with clients, managing backend portals, product data, images, pricing, etc. and promoting the company on 3rd party internet retailer sites while ensuring sales goals are attained and liaising with stakeholders on the Internet.

The successful candidate will direct business activities relative to Area Rug product sales within target market channels, aligned with the following key responsibilities: JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Own the Plytix platform for product information & digital asset management (PIM/DAM) and update all necessary data pertaining to products, i. e. SKU, UPC Code, pricing, shipping, images, video, marketing

copy, etc. Manage multiple brand portals for improved customer experience, as well as create and maintain mapped channels within the PIM/DAM to ensure product data is correct for each retailer’s specific needs.

Oversee backend portals for Wayfair, Overstock, etc. in addition to providing support for strategic partners. Establish EDI/STFP connections for eligible customers for inventory, orders, invoicing, etc. Assist Credit and Finance teams to ensure deductions, CIDs, etc. are resolved in a timely manner and payment terms are adhered to. Proactively work with the sales team for existing customers to upload and implement data consistently across the customer base.

Liaison between design/merchandising/sales team/customer base to ensure design modifications are uploaded to our internal website and customer websites in a timely manner Serve as the initial contact for all leads generated via various means – tradeshows, web inquiries, market analysis data, etc. Develop into an inside sales resource responsible for producing incremental sales within this channel. Process improvement activities to generate incremental sales/margin increase via process optimization and cost reduction projects. Perform trend and market analysis to provide insight into future product development activities for decorator and licensed rug segment.

Interface with existing Mar Com functions to translate best practices into actionable items for Internet Area Rug sales growth; provide insight to those functions based upon key learnings garnered through best practices learned from channel partners. QUALIFICATIONS – REQUIRED Bachelor’s Degree 3+ years of business, marketing, and/or sales experience or equivalent experience QUALIFICATIONS – PREFERRED Relevant e-commerce experience (not necessarily floor covering experience) Familiarity with industry-standard internet operating systems (Plytix, Salsify, etc.
