Job Summary Responsible for the promotion and sale of Comcast products and services to include video, high-speed Internet, voice and XFINITY Home. Utilizes advanced knowledge of Comcast's products and services as well as sales process experience to maximize sales and effectively work assigned turf. Job Description Core Responsibilities Demonstrates

an advanced knowledge of Comcast products, promoting and selling offerings to individual customers by knocking every door within assigned territory. Displays thorough and recent competitive knowledge of features, benefits, product differences, pricing and campaigns for video, high-speed internet, voice and XFINITY Home.

Effectively communicates and develops rapport with customers. Evaluates individual customers' existing and potential product needs and makes recommendations. Increases customer understanding of Comcast products and pricing models as well as competitive advantages over other service providers. Evaluates competitive offers and frames response to show the benefits of Comcast.

Possesses expert knowledge of selling that would be reflective of the position's required relevant experience.

Creates and executes turf management plans without assistance, utilizes experience-based sales technique, operates independently. Shows confidence in selling ability. Displays competent time management and organizational skills. Meets and exceeds sales goals as established by local market. Independently establishes and organizes daily sales activities. Generates business through established and approved methods of lead generation. Implements effective sales closing techniques to ensure product installation goal is achieved. Demonstrates a consistent record of success in residential canvassing sales environment with emphasis on business to consumer sales.

Displays thorough and advanced understanding of video, high-speed internet, voice and XFINITY Home. Possesses effective communication, organizational and people skills, as well as strong customer service skills. Illustrates strong technical capability (computer knowledge, billing system, databases). Must meet the physical requirements of the job including, but not limited to, the ability to walk and/or travel door-to-door for considerable distances in all types of weather conditions.

Where applicable, obtain and maintain any credentials and/or licenses necessary to sell and/or design alarm systems as required by law. Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Education High School Diploma / GED Relevant Work Experience 2-5 Years Salary: Base Pay: $52,000.00Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $77,500.00Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets. Where You Fit: The Account Executive position is responsible for the full sales cycle from lead generation to close. The ideal candidate is experienced at managing a sales territory and pipeline, actively engaging in outreach, and working with prospects to nurture their development into qualified opportunities. They understand that pipeline building and development is the foundation of success in this hunting role. They will also have a solid foundation in early-stage discovery, need development, and establishing

compelling business consequences that drive decisions. In this role the Consultant will understand the importance of competitive differentiations, and how to establish important buying criteria that their prospects should consider in their decision.

The ideal candidate has a competitive spirit and desire to compete, to win, and to exceed their quota target. Activities will include assisting with marketing and lead generation campaigns, prospecting and experience with presenting pricing and contract negotiations. Extremely important is the dedication to clean, complete, and accurate recording and maintenance of Salesforce account records. Responsibilities:   Ability to accurately forecast opportunities for a rolling 12-month cycle, focusing on current forecasts and achieve booking targets.

  Identify and build relationships with key decision makers in prospective organizations.   Conduct business meetings and provide online and onsite software demos and presentations. Own the full cycle execution of the sales pipeline from lead generation to close. Develop an understanding of business issues and opportunities to deliver high-impact solutions and value propositions. Use existing media and tools to create compelling sales presentations that target customer needs and pain points.

Ability to prepare detailed ROI analyses for electronic payment processes. Maintain CRM database (Salesforce) with accurate prospect information.   Coordinate sales activities across many lines of business, such as executive, support, implementation, and finance.   Provide proactive sales feedback on product roadmap, delivery, and support initiatives.   Support Regional and National conferences such as GFOA, Clerk-Treasurer, and industry events.   Requires some travel. Maintain general awareness of Springbrook security and privacy policies Report any security incident or suspected security incident to the Springbrook Incident Response Team Required Qualifications:   Minimum 3+ years of sales experience selling payment solutions.

  In-depth knowledge of electronic payments, with preference given to candidates with ERP,  Accounting, or Utility billing software sales experience.   Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota.   Strong interpersonal communication skills and a proven track record of achieving set goals.   Advanced experience using Salesforce building reports and dashboards. Good prospecting skills. Strong negotiation skills and an innovative and persuasive character.

Time management skills and outstanding interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Commitment to high professional ethical standards.
