Qualifications include: Knowledge of general accounting, personnel/payroll, benefits, purchasing, business contracts/agreements, and competitive bidding. The Assistant must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point). Experience using email, Internet, calendaring/scheduling software and newsgroups. Conducts tours and entertains qualified potential clients in accordance with the company and property policies.   In-depth knowledge of electronic payments, with preference given to candidates with ERP,  Accounting, or Utility billing software sales experience.   Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota.   Strong interpersonal communication skills and a proven track record of achieving set goals.   Advanced experience using Salesforce building reports and dashboards.
