This position is responsible for contributing to the total Style Squad’s success. Because the presentation of our product is a key contributor to its appeal, Associate Stylists will also assist with stocking, cleaning and folding. Additionally, our Associate Stylists are brand ambassadors for the Express experience and promote to potential
squad members an inclusive squad mentality built on teamwork and shared objectives.

Guaranteed, Consistent Income The Olympic Sports & Spine model is a bit different. We guarantee 40 hours of pay each week, regardless of how many patients you see. Yes, all Massage Therapists are paid for downtime. So, you can be assured of a dependable, predictable income. The typical schedule is Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM; however, we can accommodate a 7:20 AM - 4:20 PM if an
early start is preferred. Sign On Bonus! We are currently offering a $3,000 Sign-On Bonus for all Massage Therapists. $1,500 is paid on the first payroll, and the remaining $1,500 after one year of employment.
In addition, up to $3,900 per year in productivity bonuses. Guaranteed Limits on Daily Work Massage Therapists are limited to no more than a maximum of 6 patients per eight-hour day.
