Plan tour destinations in response to suggestions made by participants. Make reservations for transportation, restaurants, admissions, guides, etc. Assist in overall marketing and advertisements of trips including fliers, internet marketing, open houses and telemarketing.
Drive and escort tour according to established plans. Evaluate and make recommendations for changes or program improvements. Attend staff meetings scheduled by Supervisor of Recreation and Marketing. Requirements: Must have clean driving record with no infractions more recent than 1 year and possess a California State Class C License. Must be currently certified in C. P. R. and first aid (or able to receive certification).
Ability to work effectively with older adults, staff and volunteers. Must possess organizational and writing skills to maintain program procedures, records, files, reports, etc. Compensation: Stipend Base ranging from $120-$150/Trip

About You Minimum 3 years experience at Executive Sous Chef level in a Golf Club / Resort / Hotel / Restaurant.
Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience. Food & Safety certifications. Effective leadership, communication, and training skills, Knowledge of special diets (preferred). Proficient with POS, Microsoft Office products, and social media. Experience with private events, banquets, and a la carte.
