Our Sisters live in assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing communities and we take great pride in providing our Sisters with the best care and environment in their retirement.
Hours : Contract, Part-time. Available for some evening and weekend hours as needed. Approximately 20 hours per week. We provide the room, table, and linens. Job Duties : Provide pain management and therapeutic massage to clients with chronic conditions or injuries living in a continuing care retirement community.
Adhere to ethical standards and maintain client confidentiality at all times. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a comfortable and relaxing environment for clients in a geriatric setting.
Provide geriatric massage for general rehabilitation and wellness. Preform massage techniques used with elderly and wheel chair bound clients. Interact with both staff and clients to set appointments. Qualifications : Valid certification or license as a Massage Therapist. Proficient in patient backssment techniques and pain management strategies. Excellent patient service skills, with the ability to create a comfortable and relaxing environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and
written, for effective interaction with patients and healthcare professionals.
