Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and equipment to facilitate rehabilitation. Educate patients and their families on ongoing therapy exercises and strategies for home care. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate patient treatment. Maintain clinical documentation in compliance with facility policies and regulatory guidelines. Qualifications:
A Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist. Clinical experience in physical therapy, including internships or residencies.
Strong understanding of evidence-based practices in physical therapy. Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and educate patients and staff.
