Organizes and conducts a medically prescribed physical therapy program designed to aid patients in reaching their maximum functional ability. Position overview Do you passionate about working in laboratory environment for synthesis of radiation curable resins and application development in coatings, inks, electronics and 3D printing markets? We are looking for a chemist that gain synthesis skills,
and in-depth understanding of our radiation curable resins portfolio supplied by allnex, with regards to product performance and capabilities and its usage in applications.
In this role, you will design and synthesize unique resins and discover its unique performance in applications. You will provide technical service to customers together with Sales & Marketing team. Responsibilities • Design and synthesize radiation curable resins for coatings, inks, electronics and 3D printing applications. • Support scale-up of radiation curable products to
pilot plant. Gain competence in process development for manufacturing.
• Recognizing, creating intellectual property with area of expertise and project activities. • Gain in-depth understanding of current radiation curable resins portfolio with regards to product performance and capabilities and its usage in those coating applications, that are currently supplied by allnex • Develops further competence in radiation curable technology, keeps on top of significant coating technology advances. • Deliver technical support to internal and external customers, fulfilling unmet needs by recommending existing products or creating new solutions as required • Develop technical value propositions and lead technical product commercialization, assisting in the creation of technical data sheets, brochures and new product launch packages • Provide technical expertise/guidance and support to Technical Service, Business Development, Sales and Marketing teams • Develop sufficient technical options to successfully deliver on projects • Provide foresight thinking in planning and organizing technical aspects of projects, and perform against agreed stage gate deliverables • Represent the organization in forums and conferences within specific area of application expertise Required skills and experience • 2+ years hands on synthesis experience.
Experience in UV/EB technologies is preferred. • Proficiency in experimental planning, data analysis, record keeping and clear reporting of results. • Fluent English is required. Qualifications • Ph. D degree in polymer chemistry, organic chemistry or materials science. OR • Master's degree in the same disciplinary areas plus 5 years of industry synthesis experience.
