The team leverages petabyte-scale datasets for advanced analytics and model building to enable intelligent, automated equipment and improved decisions by farmers. The team also partners with product managers and data engineers to design, scale, and deliver full stack data science solutions.

In this role, the candidate will: Communicate with impact findings and methodologies to stakeholders with a variety of backgrounds. Work with high resolution machine and agronomic data in the development and

testing of predictive models. Develop and deliver production-ready machine learning approaches to yield insights and recommendations from precision agriculture data.

Define, quantify, and analyze Key Performance Indicators that define successful customer outcomes. Work closely with the Data Engineering teams to ensure data is stored efficiently and can support the required analytics. Relevant skills include: Demonstrated competency in developing production-ready models in an Object-Oriented Programming language such as Python. Demonstrated competency in using data-access technologies such as SQL, Spark, Databricks, etc. Experience with Visualization tools such as Tableau, etc. Experience

with Data Modeling techniques such as Normalization, data quality and coverage backssment, attribute analysis, performance management, etc.

Experience building machine learning models such as Regression, supervised learning, unsupervised learning, probabilistic inference, natural language modeling, etc. Excellent communication skills. Able to effectively lead meetings, to document work for reproduction, to write persuasively, to communicate proof-of-concepts, and to effectively take notes. What makes candidates stand-out are skills such as: Additional experience with other languages such as R, Java Script, Scala, etc. Experience with Geospatial data search and analysis, geo-indexing techniques, vector and raster data structures.

Experience with remote sensing and GIS tools. Experience with CVML Examples of professional work such as publications, patents, a portfolio of relevant project-work, etc. Familiarity with Distributed Datasets Experienced with a variety of data structures such as time-series, geo-tagged, text, structured, and unstructured. Experience with simulations such as Monte Carlo simulation, Gibbs sampling, etc. Experience with model validation, measuring model bias, measuring model drift, etc. Experience collaborating with stakeholders from disciplines such as Product, Sales, Finance, etc.

Ability to communicate complex analytical insights in a manner which is clearly understandable by nontechnical audiences.

JOB OBJECTIVE The Field Based Aviation Maintenance Technician (AMT) ensures Company aircraft are maintained in a

safe and airworthy condition in accordance with the airworthiness standards prescribed by applicable regulations, airworthiness directives and Metro Aviation's policy and procedure.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Responsible for maintaining a close liaison with the Program Lead Aviation Maintenance Technician (AMT) to provide current status of aircraft and forecast downtime Perform aircraft maintenance including inspection, modification, maintenance and repair of aircraft, airframe, rotors, propellers, engines and appliances in accordance with the procedures in the MAI General Operations Manual, Approved Aircraft Inspection Program, Manufacturer's documentation, applicable Federal Aviation Regulations

and other approved data sources Communicate, plan and coordinate with the Program Lead AMT the schedule of maintenance for base aircraft considering such factors as workflow, location of equipment, facilities, tools, parts, supplies and job requirements Communicate with the pilots and the clinical crew upon arrival at the base each work day for any questions or concerns about the condition of the aircraft, prior to beginning the work day Provide after-hours maintenance/on-call support for the base(s) as required Ensure discrepancies are accurately documented and addressed during maintenance and inspections Maintain the field base to the standards Metro Aviation policy and procedure requires Take complete ownership and responsibility of each aircraft assigned to the base Prepare and submit materials requests and inventory usage reports as directed.

Receive inventory and ship inventory to other locations Maintain company owned local Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Ensure all necessary aircraft documents and MAI documents are completed and maintained in accordance with applicable 14 CFR Regulations, General Operations Manual and company policies Perform inspections on all incoming parts and materials, immediately upon arrival Ensure parts with a shelf life limit are removed from inventory prior to expiration Request Secondary Maintenance Checks following any maintenance, preventative maintenance, inspections, repairs or alterations Ensure all company owned and personal owned calibrated tools are kept up to date on the company calibrated took tracking log for their assigned base or location Perform the duties and functions of the Hangar Based AMT, when needed Perform other duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES Effective oral and written communication skills Possess sound judgment and objectivity in decision-making Proficient in aircraft maintenance, inspection and repair A thorough knowledge of FARS, the General Operations Manual, Operations Specifications and other pertinent information Extensive knowledge of all aircraft mechanical systems functions and interactions EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE High school diploma or equivalent Must possess a valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate Inspection Authorization and/or FAR 135 experience a plus Must possess a minimum of three (3) years turbine rotorcraft or airplane experience PHYSICAL DEMANDS Walking, standing, pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, kneeling, squatting for extended periods of time Climbing heights on various equipment Lifting up to 50 or more pounds Must have sufficient vision and ability to safely perform the essential functions of the position Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (High Visibility clothing, Ear protection, safety glasses) when required WORK ENVIRONMENT Indoor/Outdoor shop with potential extreme cold and hot temperatures Exposure to hazardous chemicals is possible Moderate to loud noise level Driving company vehicle, personal vehicle for company use or other equipment STATUS & SCHEDULE Full-time Schedules vary by assigned program On-call Overtime necessary depending on workload Metro Aviation does not have a Visa Sponsorship program at this time Metro Aviation is committed to employees, customers, and the community to promote diversity and inclusion by developing policies, programs, and procedures that foster a work environment where differences are respected and employees are treated fairly.
