and persuade higher level leadership to accept recommendations for proposed program changes. Forecast, identify and define major problems and future needs of the organization, seeking root causes and develop practical course of action.

Supervise and manage a diverse staff of personnel. Develop, implement, evaluate, and improve processes and procedures to monitor efficiency in organization's missions and goals. Analyze, formulate, and test new data theories, principles, and concepts to backss/improve quality of data.
