individuals in this role will: - Engage customers using the Coach Experience Service expectation and selling behaviors - Interact genuinely and naturally with the customer - Maintain accuracy when operting POS and adhere to Coach cash handling poolicy -Ensure accurate email/name and data capture wher permitted by laww -Ensure proper phone eitquette is upheld when answering store calls -Drive conversion through client engagment and omni selling techniques -Support back of house tasks as needed -Represent Coach Brand appropriately -Basic computer skills -Ability to execute at a fast pace -Attention to detail and accuracy -Able to climb, bend and kneel -Able to meet Coach Availability and Scheduling
Expectations, including working a flexible schedule.
