processes and projects, as well as conducting Operational Training as needed. The main area of focus will be Claims training and related tasks. The Operational Support Trainer responsibilities include overseeing of trainees during the training process, evaluating and reporting their performance to management, and monitor and assist with questions and side-by-side coaching as the new hires move to their new roles.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required. General knowledge of insurance needed. Strong technical knowledge required. Knowledge of other employees benefits besides medical and Qic Link system a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in technical writing and group presentations. Proficient in working independently, with the ability to self-study and research, especially within time constraints, is a must. This includes assisting new members in the achievement of their fitness goals by leading small group classes, designing a simple workout program, and instructing them on the proper use of equipment.
