Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and manage a team of 6-7 FT maintenance personnel Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules Report directly to the Plant Manager Coordinate and oversee maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and upgrades Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance supplies Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations Develop and manage departmental budgets Monitor and analyze equipment performance and downtime to identify areas for improvement Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and minimize downtime Provide technical support to maintenance personnel as needed Participate in the recruitment,
selection, and training of maintenance personnel affected by change.
Understands business implications of decisions; demonstrates knowledge of company financial measures; aligns work with strategic goals.
