staff Work with IT to ensure the Micros system has accurate menu items, upcharges, and pricing Manage labor cost and F&B cost of sales Manage the flow of the dining room. Assist with hosting, bussing, running food, and expo-ing throughout each shift. Responsible for the ordering and inventorying of all front of house products, including alcohol, condiments, espresso bar items, etc Must be able to learn: i Menu Pro, Prima, Market Pro, Kronos, Microsoft Excel Must have strong verbal & written communication skills, Must be able to lead with a positive attitude At Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers.

At least 3 years as a supervisor/or lead preferred Experience as a server in a mid to upscale restaurant preferred Ability to support the development of team members Has had Financial and Quality Service Responsibilities. Attitude that is guest service and associate service centric. This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms
and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
