for incoming and outgoing shipments of product and the general responsibility of processing all shipments, receipts and transfers in System21 and assisting to maintain accurate inventory levels. Warehouse Coordinator Essential Functions: Process Truckers inbound scheduling appointments and inbound/outbound daily shipping schedules.
Process distributions orders for all packaging supplies received from vendors or transferred to and from outside warehouse locations. Confirm ship or confirm receive in bound (IB) and out bound (OB) distribution orders and sales orders and scan into Smart Search. Enter all materials received. Process purchase order receipts for all materials received to
the location in a timely manner. Ensure Co C/EU & Co A information is completed in System 21. Process Lot and Item Transformations, Stock Adjustments and Dispositions.
Enter material location transfers into System21 based on transfer sheets. Organize pick tickets and customer bills of lading for all shipments. Process and issue credit memos in coordination with Corporate Office. Process inventory adjustments as needed for supervisors after research is done. Assist with research if necessary. Assist Warehouse Supervisor with cycle counts. Warehouse Coordinator Requirements: Associates degree in Business, Accounting, or related field preferred. 1-3 Years Previous experience in Warehouse
Coordinating/Transportation required. Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, Analytical and Organizational Skills.

Maintains assigned inventory stock locations making sure material put away has the correct locator and the shelves are kept neat and orderly.
Fills orders for delivery to customers. Assures all batched managed material is labeled accurately and inventoried, as needed.
Maintains delivery vehicle in clean, good working condition and monitors maintenance and mileage data, as appropriate. Maintains daily driver logs and vehicle inspection sheets, as appropriate. Operates and maintains all equipment in a safe manner and adheres to all local, state, and federal traffic and safety regulations. Supports the operations functions of the warehouse. Informs proper departments of “stock outs”, inventory discrepancies and other inventory problems or concerns. Non-essential Functions May assist the City Desk and Will Call areas in providing customer service functions including, but not limited to, order entry, filling orders, processing returns, expediting, technical assistance, Will Call, and other functions, as needed.
May provide delivery of material to customer sites. Assists with loading and unloading of trucks. Notifies supervisor of any building or equipment maintenance, repair needs and/or any security concerns. Assists with other duties/projects as assigned by supervisor/manager. Qualifications Two-years of work experience preferred. Prior warehouse distribution experience including forklift operation and knowledge of electrical products/systems is also preferred.
If the employee will be driving, the following criteria must be met candidate must be at least 21 years of age, possess a valid driver’s license to operate company vehicle and a current medical certification may be required. PC working knowledge for Windows, Internet, email and SAP software is a plus. Skills and Abilities Two-years of work experience preferred.
