You process orders and oversees cycle of order fulfilment. Responsible for making sure supplies, stock, materials, packages, and/or products are processed through the delivery and/or warehouse system efficiently and safely. What you will do to contribute to the company's success Completes necessary paperwork for ordering, shipping, receipt of and issuing all materials, including but not limited to tools and supplies used by Plant and Maintenance departments.

Verifies actual deliveries received against bills of lading, invoices, packing slips, purchase orders or other records from all suppliers, including but not limited to those shipped via Fed Ex, UPS, DHL and other carriers. Returns

or rejects damaged items, records shortages and notifies purchasing of any discrepancy. Operates forklift, or hand truck to move, convey, hoist, or deliver shipments from shipping-and-receiving area to storage, work, or department areas.

Perform housekeeping duties as may be required to maintain a clean and safe environment in the distribution center. Maintains inventory accuracy to meet company objectives within standard operating procedures and cycle counting guidelines. Assist in maintaining sufficient inventory of materials, tools, and supplies. Creates and provides reports as required by the Supervisor/Manager. Responsible for creating and shipping RMA's back to the vendor(s)

and maintaining RMA records on Microsoft Excel. Assists other departments as needed with project inventory and delivering needed equipment to necessary service areas.

Fulfills self-install service orders and trouble tickets through HES. Performs other related duties as assigned to by the Supervisor/Manager to ensure effective operation of the department and the Company. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Experience with computerized inventory systems. Moderate proficiency with Microsoft Office products preferred. Ability to lift and handle supplies and equipment ranging from 50 -75 lbs. Ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees, and managers.

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Detail oriented with desire to improve work related processes. Must be able to work various hours as required. Must possess valid driver's license with a history of safe driving record. Osha forklift operator certification. 0-2 years of previous logistics experience. Fulfillment Specialists perform a wide range of warehouse functions, including: Labeling, replenishing, box making, loading/unloading trailers, moving stowed product to various locations utilizing a Forklift, etc. Fulfilling and organizing orders to ensure customer delivery process is efficient and accurate. Creating accurate shipping documentation for domestic shipments.

Safely and efficiently operating Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and material handling equipment, to receive or transport product to storage and staging locations. What you'll need: Must be at least 18 years old. Willing to be trained on PIT equipment- e. g. Cherry Picker/Order Picker, High Reach, Movexx, Pallet Jack, Walkie Rider, etc. Physical job requirements: Walk up to 2 miles per shift. Frequently lift up to 50 pounds. Frequently lift up to 70 pounds using an optional team lift. Rarely lift greater than 70+ pounds using a team lift. Stand, push, pull, carry, squat, and kneel.
