and adapt to changing priorities. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours when necessary.

• Ability and desire to grow in the position and accept more responsibility. • Ability to take initiative in providing new ideas to improve process efficiencies. • Ability to maintain consistent attendance, arriving on time and prepared for all shifts, meetings, and appointments. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Supervise and coordinate the activities of front-line warehouse workers, including shipping and receiving, order picking and packing, and inventory

management. Ensure all shipments are accurately packed and shipped on time and in compliance with customer requirements.

Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels and timely delivery of products to customers Conduct regular cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, and other inventory-related tasks to maintain inventory accuracy. Work with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure that all customer orders are fulfilled and delivered on time. Implement and enforce safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Supervisor, Warehouse and Distribution 2 Train and mentor front-line workers to improve their skills and ensure their success.

Monitor performance of workers and provide feedback and coaching to help them achieve their goals. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. On site attendance is an essential function of this position. WORKING CONDITIONS The essential functions of this job require the employee to perform the following physical activities: Regular use of PC, laptop, copier, fax, and other general office equipment. Able to lift, bend, stand, and stretch frequently throughout the day.

Will need to lift 40 lbs. Ability to access all areas of the facility to perform essentials functions of the position. Noise level for this environment is low to moderate. Fulfillment Specialists perform a wide range of warehouse functions, including: Labeling, replenishing, box making, loading/unloading trailers, moving stowed product to various locations utilizing a Forklift, etc. Fulfilling and organizing orders to ensure customer delivery process is efficient and accurate. Creating accurate shipping documentation for domestic shipments.

Safely and efficiently operating Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and material handling equipment, to receive or transport product to storage and staging locations. What you'll need: Must be at least 18 years old. Willing to be trained on PIT equipment- e. g. Cherry Picker/Order Picker, High Reach, Movexx, Pallet Jack, Walkie Rider, etc. Physical job requirements: Walk up to 2 miles per shift. Frequently lift up to 50 pounds. Frequently lift up to 70 pounds using an optional team lift. Rarely lift greater than 70+ pounds using a team lift. Stand, push, pull, carry, squat, and kneel.
