through clear and concise Supervisor Meetings. Supervise the maintenance of computerized warehouse management system (WMS).
Supervise, evaluate, and overall management of employees assigned to warehouse. Contribute significantly to the Warehouse Manager in the employee performance review process. Responsible for notifying the Warehouse Manager of any attendance or discipline concerns. Correct unsafe conditions or behaviors in work areas and report to Warehouse Manager. Communicate with other supervisors and managers to ensure a consistent team environment is maintained. May move inventory to various locations manually and by operating mechanical equipment; including forklift, pallet jack, and handcart.

Responsible for maintaining proper care of company vehicle to prevent equipment down time. Perform equipment safety checks (i. e. check oil, lights, water, tires, etc. ) pre-trip and post trip inspections. Maintain a clean and tidy vehicle. Load and unload items for the purposes of distributing shipment to assigned site locations and/or individuals. Assist in Shipping Department which includes: loading the cartons in the correct trucks, UPS and/or Fed Ex driver support, shipping
department daily closing procedures, etc. for the purposes supporting completion of work activities.
Responsible for removal and hauling trash to specified locations. Maintain the company's equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion. Operate scan gun and maintain inventory counts. When not driving, the warehouse driver will assist with warehouse duties as needed to include general maintenance and inspection on equipment for warehouse such as forklifts, pallet jacks, handcarts, safety harnesses, etc. Performs office maintenance support and repairs.
