Frank Beverage Group in Middleton, WI is now hiring for 2nd Shift Warehouse Associates. The 2nd Shift Warehouse Associate Team Members are responsible for loading trucks with product for delivery. Schedule: Tuesday- Friday, 10:00am- 8:00pm (end times will vary due to seasonality;
flexibility in the evening is a must) Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00/hour We also offer a guaranteed paid 40 hour work week! Responsibilities: Replenishes product in pick area Loads trucks and transfer trucks for other locations Builds pallets with product Unloads trucks as they return from route Sorts damaged products and empty kegs and return to appropriate area Check in liquor returns from drivers and put away and from transfers Help with quick pick orders from coming in from sales representatives during the day Moves materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas Places materials or items on racks, shelves and rows according to predetermined sequences
such as size, type, or product code Ensures warehouse is accessible and safe Organizes warehouse and work areas for orderliness at all times Skills and Abilities: Comfortable operating handheld computer devices, scanner and headset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail Problem solving skills Experience with forklifts is preferred, Ability to get forklift certified required Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 40 pounds on a consistent basis and up to 160 pounds on an occasional basis Walk and stand for long periods of time; bending, twisting, squatting, lifting We offer a professional, safe and friendly work environment as well as a comprehensive benefits package and competitive pay structure.

Primary Function Plans, organizes and monitors the receiving, storage and distribution of all items received from suppliers ensuring a smooth and consistent operation so that supplies and equipment are delivered to the proper departments in an effective and efficient manner according to departmental procedures.
The supervisor will also oversee the movement of inventory and address any freight issues and assist with returns. Responsibilities Plans and coordinates work assignments for the Shipping department. Trains, motivates and monitors the performance of Receiving/Shipping personnel. Responsible for
inventory management, cycle counts, and spot checks. Handle freight issues (lost freight, refused freight, etc) Develop and document standard and emergency operating procedures for receiving, handling, storage, shipping and salvaging of equipment and supplies.
Provide and necessary training to staff on shipping procedures, use of Fed Ex shipping systems and international shipping regulations. Other responsibilities may be assigned as necessary. Qualifications Associate Degree 3+ years of related experience or training, preferably in inventory or shipping and receiving 2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience. Additional Qualifications: Automated receiving experience, SAP preferred.
B. S or B. A. degree preferred. Effective communications both written and verbal are required.
