reconciliations. · Manage warehouse staff · Perform Inventory Transactions (System21 ERP/WMS) Lead and execute regular cycle count activities including: o Plan and schedule counts o Print count sheets o Oversee counting, data collection and data entry o Reconcile count against system inventory o Perform inventory adjustments · Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through: o Regular update and review of inventory reports o Participating in inventory meetings o Performing system inquiry and transaction functions · Responsible for loading (shipping) and unloading (receiving) shipments.
o Shipping: § Understand Pick Note to assemble (pick), stage and load shipments according to Item,
Lot, Location and Quantity required. § Legibly complete required paperwork and deliver to office. o Receiving: § Inspect Inventory and Trailer for receipt acceptability.
§ Collect receiving paperwork and unload according to SOP. § Validate quantities unloaded against paperwork (BOL, Packing List, Pick Note, etc. ) § Put-away inventory according to SOP and warehouse location rules. § Deliver completed, validated paperwork to office. § Label Inventory Appropriately. · Communicate with Supervisor or Lead Person regarding: o Material defects or other quality issues. o Inventory levels (paperwork quantities don’t match actual inventory). · Ability to operate: o Fork Lift o Stretch Wrapper

Primary Function Plans, organizes and monitors the receiving, storage and distribution of all items received from suppliers ensuring a smooth and consistent operation so that supplies and equipment are delivered to the proper departments in an effective and efficient manner according to departmental procedures.
The supervisor will also oversee the movement of inventory and address any freight issues and assist with returns. Responsibilities Plans and coordinates work assignments for the Shipping department. Trains, motivates and monitors the performance of Receiving/Shipping personnel. Responsible for
inventory management, cycle counts, and spot checks. Handle freight issues (lost freight, refused freight, etc) Develop and document standard and emergency operating procedures for receiving, handling, storage, shipping and salvaging of equipment and supplies.
Provide and necessary training to staff on shipping procedures, use of Fed Ex shipping systems and international shipping regulations. Other responsibilities may be assigned as necessary. Qualifications Associate Degree 3+ years of related experience or training, preferably in inventory or shipping and receiving 2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience. Additional Qualifications: Automated receiving experience, SAP preferred.
B. S or B. A. degree preferred. Effective communications both written and verbal are required.
