Leer South is looking for a Warehouse Support to join our successful team in Philippi, West Virginia. Job Title: Warehouse Support Job Location: Leer South Mining Complex (Philippi, WV) OVERALL JOB
PURPOSE: To perform diverse warehouse job functions to support the operating efficiency of the Leer South Mining Complex. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Receive, stock, and inventory all incoming parts and supplies Operate various pieces of motorized equipment, including forklifts and front-end loaders.
Process all receipts including purchase order ID and verify to slip (as needed). Mine monitoring responsibilities. Utilize ELLIPSE extensively for Inventory Control MINIMUM REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or GED equivalent Hoist Certification or ability to obtain hoist certification in one (1) year Excellent Safety and Attendance record Minimum of five (5) years
of Warehouse experience working within the Job Responsibilities as described above Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word Experience and proficiency with ELLIPSE Be capable of safely and efficiently operating a forklift and front-end loader for long periods of time Knowledge of mining equipment and supplies preferred Must have demonstrated communication skills (written and verbal) Capable of repeatedly lifting 50 pounds chest high POSITION WILL REPORT TO: Warehouse Manager Arch Resources, Inc.

: Loads products, supplies, mail and cash onto vehicle; drives to designated locations; unloads truck, and distributes delivered items as instructed; picks up product, supplies and cash funds to be returned to branch or designated location; obtains and approves receipts or delivery slips; returns to warehouse and unloads vehicle distributing items as directed. : Collects empty containers and unsold merchandise for return to warehouse and/or disposal. : Monitors product usage; makes adjustments to control inventory turns. : Ensures proper handling of perishable products; maintains refrigeration of food and beverages.
: Maintains security of cash and property by locking unattended vehicle, securing funds in a locked safe, and securing keys and vehicle at end of shift. : Unloads and cleans trash from vehicle; performs daily vehicle operative checks; maintains truck log according to state and federal regulations; reports vehicle problems; secures keys and vehicle. : Performs the job safely while adhering to company safety standards. : Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: : Must have experience with forklift and power jacks. Valid drivers license required based on vehicle to be used according to state or federal requirements.
