Responsible for disposition nonconforming material Oversees the development of quality standards and protocols for quality assurance testing models. Assists in the design and implementation of policies and procedures for testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and/or equipment Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Acts as advisor to quality assurance team regarding projects, tasks, and operations Manage HMD quality team. View and interpret
test data to determine actual product quality. identify and isolate nonconforming products; determine cause; recommend changes or improvements Provide support to manufacturing, R&D, and Sales and Marketing to answer questions and solve problems regarding quality procedures or customer complaints Review and track internal rejects and reworks Serve as ISO Management Representative for the HMD Quality Management System Manage HMD test equipment and test equipment PM database (Calibrations)Serve as specifications expert to ensure adherence to customer requirements or expectations Spearhead both the planning and implementation stages of multiple projects; must be organized and committed to meeting deadlines Evaluate individual processes and projects, synthesize insights to arrive at a summary of overall organizational status Work with the Enterprise Excellence and Field Tech Services teams to achieve strategic quality goals and improvements, striving for standardization across the company.
