Job Description: Job Family Definition: Responsible for protecting the company's global assets and interests which include personnel,

property/operations, products, brand and intellectual property (IP). Principal activities include the following: Working with HPE business and functional groups globally, designs, develops, implements and administers cost-effective, pro-active security programs and services.

Assists in preparing manuals and/or establishing procedures for handling, storing and recordkeeping of classified material.

Processes individuals for personnel security clearances/special accesses; and provides oversight for secure area visit and/or entry control. Investigates security violations and prepare reports specifying preventative action to be taken. Participates in security and risk backssments. Works closely with government security counterparts, internal/external program managers, and other industry customers/partners to ensure program success. Responsible for completing tasks related to the certification and accreditation of secure areas. Executes other duties as assigned to support operations.

Knowledge and Skills: Experience working as a CSSO. Understanding of Intelligence Community Directives and the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM). Experience with MPO procurement database. Experience with DISS, Scattered Castles or similar database. Experience with Certification and Accreditation of SCIFs and Closed areas. Excellent problem-solving skills. Desired requirement: Completion of MPO, CSSO Course Minimum Requirements: College degree or equivalent work experience. Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph Clearance. 3+ years Industrial Security experience.
