By providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you will be working toward advancing our goal of “Powering
Prosperity Around the World. ” You will utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
This is a virtual, customer-facing role, so you will use our state of the art video communication software to interact with customers, and you will document interactions to maintain accurate records. experience Bachelor's Degree or higher EA or CPA / CPA eligible preferred Experience with Estates, Gifts, and Trusts (EGT) tax returns Experience with software pertaining to estate tax returns, estate planning, trust accounting, and income tax returns
experience High level of personal integrity and risk decision-making ability Experience in establishing technical metrics and analyzing data Ability to communicate security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences Experience in federal project work, project management, or cybersecurity audits is a plus
Provide compliance support for personal trading and participate in audits and annual reviews Required Qualifications: 2+ years of compliance or financial services experience General knowledge of securities laws and regulations Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant degree Series 6/26, Series 65/66, or Series 7/24 preferred
