Troubleshoot network connectivity and application problems. 4. Technology Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues across various technology platforms. Identify and implement solutions to enhance system performance and reliability. Escalate complex problems to senior IT staff when necessary. 5. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain
accurate records of all technology-related activities and incidents.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Technical certifications (e. g. Comp TIA A+, Network+, Solar Installation Certification) are a plus.
