Minimum Education And Experience Required BS degree or equivalent related work experience in Mechanical, Agricultural, Civil or Environmental Engineering or related discipline plus 6-8 years related work experience is required. Technical experience in construction, environmental regulations, and poultry processing equipment, feed mill equipment, hatchery equipment project management, and energy utility consumption is a must. Demonstrated competency in problem solving, negotiating, managing people, and establishing and meeting schedules is required. Must be able to travel to remote facilities and/or offices for meetings.
