The candidate will work with Do D security policies, Do D security directives, Do D instructions, DISA's IA policies, and network operations policies for successful performance. Key Tasks and Responsibilities Design, develop, implement, and manage an effective Cybersecurity program aligned with Do D policy, DISA instructions, and best practices.
Assist the Government ISSM in developing and maintaining an organizational Cybersecurity program, including policies, processes, and procedures. Develop guidance on information ownership, access control, incident response, training, data management, and other security aspects. Review and report on A&A documentation for all programs/systems
under the ISSM's purview. Track items requiring ISSM review and monitor security reports for incidents, vulnerabilities, and other issues. Maintain and update Cybersecurity repositories like e MASS, DITPR, and MAPS.
Monitor DISA Joint Operations Command Orders and Directives TO repositories. Develop, maintain, and update Plans of Action and Milestones for all project components. Assist in responding to Cybersecurity data calls and maintaining an action/report list. Provide Cybersecurity management review of new/updated documentation and offer technical expertise on security policies, directives, and instructions. Support Cybersecurity analysis, reports, information papers, briefings,
and meeting summaries. Attend meetings with vendors and contractors on Cybersecurity issues.
Perform analysis and investigations to resolve IA issues. Develop/update system documents and artifacts to ensure compliance with Do D requirements.
