Not sure what the arms are made of, but they are pose-able. Half of them in the box have a green head and the other half have a gray head. Arms extend to approx 26" and the whole thing is approx 35" long from head to bottom. These are new, with tags - 24 per sealed box. Comes from a non-smoking home. $25.00
