Completesemergency, preventive, and predictive maintenance tasks. Troubleshootsmechanical breakdown situations to eliminate future occurrences. Performs awide range of operations connected with maintenance, repair

and installation ofequipment and plating lines (water, gas, air, etc. ). Dismantlesand inspects parts, rebuild/overhaul and troubleshoot plating line and machinecomponents, such as gearboxes, filters and agitation mechanisms, bushings, sleeves, etc.

Services and maintainsmiscellaneous material handling equipment. Completesinspections of production areas, offices, and laboratories with Maintenance Manager. Performsstructural work to include carpentry, welding, pipe fitting, sheet metal work, plumbing, and electrical incidental to work assignments. Respondsquickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel, and followsafety protocol. Maintainswork area, shop floor and equipment
