Job Description: Are you ready for an exciting opportunity within Wise F&I's Client Services team, supporting the Client Relations, Sales team and our

In this role you will be responsible for administrative functions such as establishing new partners in the appropriate systems, ensuring complete and accurate information along with processing inbound client supply requests for sales and marketing items, and other support functions for the Client Services team.

Job Responsibilities / Tasks include: Accurately establish all dealer and agent system setup and configuration Send internal & external notifications for new set-ups and account changes Properly document all interaction in the applicable systems Timely and accurate process Supply / Order Fulfillment to Client Agents/Dealers utilizing online tools and shipping resources Basic Form/Brochure Inventory Supply Management, including keeping accurate up to date inventory and shipping logs Working with supply vendors to order and maintain ample supply stock General Administrative Duties including supporting mail processing and handling, claims and business letter processing, other general administrative and support tasks as needed Required Skills and Experience: 1 + year Customer Service / Administrative Experience Minimum 2+ years of college with Associates Degree Microsoft Office familiarity including Word and Outlook Supply or Inventory management experience / Shipping/Mail applications and systems Self-motivated & goal oriented Team-based focus Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Must be able to lift up to 30lbs.
