Expectations and Tasks: Govern ECS customer relationship management from a technical perspective, while advocating for the customer and bringing the power of ECS to enrich customer experience.

Work with CDMs and ECS internal service delivery to provide quality services to satisfy customer needs and resolve technical complexities throughout the entire lifecycle. the customer’s business, goals and challenges in order to suggest solutions & services. Advises customers on technical requirements, constraints, and support in all sorts of technical situations (incl.

Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field of study and 6 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

Work Experience: Experience must involve 1 year in the following: Evaluate, identify issues, and improve SAP architecture; Customer support on technical requirements, constraints, and troubleshooting; Technical planning, implementation, configuration, integration and operations of SAP solutions; S/4HANA architecture, conversion, migration path, and methodology; Agile methodologies including Scrum, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), and blended approaches; SAP HANA integration, including BW on HANA, SDI, SDA, HA/DR setup, RTO, RPO, HSR, and BW Multi Host; and SAP cloud solutions and integration using SCP and BTP.
