Job requirements include: BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Automotive, or related Engineering or Technology fields from an accredited school. The incumbent is responsible for approving loan draw requests submitted by the builder or borrower, and disbursing loan funds for work completed, verified by an inspection.
