Built in 1880, this is the oldest known building in Erie located near the corner of Wells and Briggs, across from the post office. Office includes off street parking in the back alley. The kitchen includes cabinets and a sink. Single bathroom and conference room sit toward the back of the office. Walking distance of restaurants, Town Hall and numerous Erie neighborhoods.
