It's complicated.
Basically my roommate ended up giving me less notice than hoped and so now I am really hoping to find a girl to move in to the roommate of this apartment for August 1st.
HOWEVER
Despite loving the layout of
MY CURRENT APARTMENT.
-Big living room
with lots of windows,
-patio,
-low-rise apartment
-Two buses nearby- one to Lawrence Station, the other to Eglinton Station
The Lawrence West bus is not a much longer trip to a subway station as well (Lawrence West Station))
-RENT: approx 600/month (just under)
-Hydro: 45-60/month depending on usage, paid bimonthly
-Free basic cable on TV.
-I have wifi setup but would ask to divide the cost
(I have two cats.one is actually just an indefinite cat-sitting)
.I'm not very happy with the lack of attention and upkeep paid to my apartment and the buildings in general by the super/overhead company that owns it- and it would be nice to find another place if a better one exists.

Ideally.
maybe one or two roomies can come and crash with me here for the month of August while we look for a better place. The more roommates the cheaper the rent!
It would be wicked to find a kink-friendly (at any rate friendly, open, respectful) female roommate who is ok with my boyfriend being around at times (if only in my room.
AFTER AUGUST.
I would like to find a place near the TTC and in Central/Old Torontoish. Little flexible on that.
Price range would be $500-600 month. If that could include hydro/utilities and even internet.that would be amazeballs as well.
