The Lawrence West bus is not a much longer trip to a subway station as well (Lawrence West Station))
-RENT: approx 600/month (just under)
-Hydro: 45-60/month depending on usage, paid bimonthly
-Free basic cable on TV.
-I have wifi setup but would ask to divide the cost
(I have two cats.one is actually just an indefinite cat-sitting)
.I'm not very happy with the lack of attention and upkeep paid to my apartment and the buildings in general by the super/overhead company that owns it- and it would be nice to find another place if a better one exists.
