We are changing to a different type of RV and are selling our 2019 Fuzion 373 toy hauler.

We are the original owners of this unit, and it has been a joy to use for outings with family and friends, hauling dirt bikes and motorcycles. We like the basic (not overly fancy) style of the unit - its a camper, not a house. The living room is great with

the large refrigerator, counter space, entertainment center, couch, and fireplace. The garage has couches, a space for a queen bed, TV, and a bathroom and can be completely closed off from the main living space. The ramp door can be supported by the attached cables and legs attached to the door to create a back porch.

The back porch has stairs (see garage pictures) and can be secured with a folding railing, we used this a lot for summer evenings. It has 4 TVs, but we have only used the one in the main living area. The unit is clean, well maintained, and in great condition for a 2019 unit (see video). It has been covered during the winter months in Colorado (cover goes with it). Every

year prior to winterization, the RV roof is cleaned, inspected, and treated (no roof repairs have been required). The plumbing has been drained and filled with winterization fluid.

Each roof fan vent has a cover. The tires are new 16 Sailun S637 with two spare tires. It has a 3.6 Onan gas generator with 109 hours which has been completely reliable. It comes with two (year old) batteries that have been on a trickle charger during storage. We never used the Fuel Station that came with it. Several items have been replaced and are listed as NEW below. The vehicle is being sold as-is with no warranty.
