The bunkhouse is to the rear of the RV. There are four bunks for kids and a private half bath.
CONDITION OF TRAILER
The RV exterior looks to be damage free, with some normal wear and tear. It would clean up nicely with a good wash and wax. The front cap clear coat is coming off. The main living area has large soft spots in the flooring.
The interior was clean and odor free. No visible signs of leaks were present.
