This 2019 Jayco Eagle HTX 27SGX was purchased and moved one time only to its current location and used a few times overnight. It is a lightweight fifth wheel that you can tow with a half-ton truck and has the All Seasons Climate Shield insulation, so it can go anywhere you want to
go and keep you comfortable.
You are in the large living area and kitchen when you walk in the door. You have a dining room table and chairs, a sofa bed, and a full kitchen large-screen TV with an entertainment system and a USB plugin.
In the kitchen, you have a double kitchen sink, a microwave with a hood, a 3-burner stove with an oven, a mid-size 2-way fridge, and lots of cabinets to store all your kitchen supplies.
In the bathroom, you have a bathroom sink with a mirror, a toilet, and a shower with a skylight.
In the front bedroom, you have a queen-size walk-around bed with a large amount of storage below with two nightstands storage cabinets, and a wall-mounted TV plus a USB plugin. On the exterior, you have the normal utility hookups, storage compartments, one pass-through, plus power front jacks and a spare tire kit. There is a rear ladder to the roof.
This unit is almost brand new, with plastic wrap still on many of the appliances. The unit was bought for in-law usage but moved to the seller's property and not used except to sleep in a few times. The seller reports all systems work properly.
