This 2017 Class C has been well maintained, and all routine and regular maintenance has been completed as required. The The RV has been kept covered, and the roof has been checked and maintained regularly. New tires were purchased in the summer of 2022. According to the seller, the engine and all electrical and mechanical components are in good working order. This includes AC, Gen, Slides, and all appliances.

The sofa has some upholstery cracking, but not affecting the entire piece of furniture. This recreational vehicle (RV) is offered in good faith but we cannot warrant the accuracy of this information nor warrant its condition. Although the toy hauler is not pet-free, I did not observe any unusual or offensive pet odors within the unit. Upon walking around the RV, I did not observe any damage or areas needing to be repaired. One of the propane tanks was missing from its holding area, but the owner assured me that it would be replaced. The upholstery covering the recliners appeared to be in very good condition.
