On the other hand, the leather on the dinette is relatively new and I have brand new dinette seat bases which have never been used. There are several items that have been replaced in recent years. Windshield wiper motor, water pump, all the faucets, house batteries, engine battery, front tires, front sunshade motor; ce maker valve. The unit was de-winterized last spring and everything seemed to be working properly although we did not use it. It is currently winterized and is parked in our yard. We keep it plugged in always.
