The RV is in very good condition. It has been taken care of and is usually stored indoors and has recently been serviced, The tires are original and are probably soon going to need to be replaced. All features on the unit are currently working. RV had new batteries about two years ago. And owner purchased the extended warranty, which is still in effect.
