Notes From Seller: We have owned our American Tradition since 2013 and have had many enjoyable and memorable trips with it. I am in the process of retiring soon and we intend to retire and live out of the country, so it is time to pass on our second home. The vehicle has been well-maintained mechanically and the engine was rebuilt at about 30k miles. Everything works in the vehicle but does have some wear and tear. A few of the day shades need to be replaced and the carpet shows its age, but all the appliances and systems are fully functional. There is a small ding in one of the external compartment doors (picture attached) and a small piece torn in one of the slide trim pieces.

There is a Blue Ox trailer hitch attached and we had no trouble towing our F150. We replaced the main bedroom mattress with a Casper mattress last year. All six batteries and a new water pump were recently installed. The vehicle is ready for a long-term adventure as you drive away!
