The interior
living area is spacious, with wooden floors extending up to the rear room. There is no furniture in this RV at this time. You get to decide what furniture to acquire and where to place it. The kitchen has a large cabinet with a countertop and sink. Under the sink sits a modern electric water heater for quick, efficient heating.
This RV does not currently have any other kitchen appliances installed. There is a spot for a refrigerator if you choose to add one.
Although this RV has no furniture, the rear room has an upper bunk that can sleep two (just add a mattress). Plus, a shower and toilet are available for use.

There is no generator. It was removed by a previous owner. The roof photos show two air conditioner housings. One of them is empty (no unit), and the other has an air conditioner that may or may not work (unsure until further testing). There are no house batteries installed, only one engine battery. The propane tank is still available but may be capped off somewhere down the line. I did not see any propane connections in the interior of the RV. Roof on top of the cab area has a dent (see photos). Dash Gas Gauge does not work. The steering wheel padding is disintegrating. All six tires are in good condition, as they were replaced in September 2018 and only have a few hundred miles of use. Items repaired in the last few years: Broken leaf spring replaced. Front air bag coil springs and shocks replaced. Starter, alternator, brake master cylinder replaced. All three belts (water pump, power steering, alternator) replaced. Transmission fluid replaced.
