This motorhome looks new, I wax it 3 times a year. It has been kept in a covered storage space, when not being used since I purchased it new. I take the motorhome out every 2 to 3 weeks to run the engine and generator, to circulate the gas to keepwater from messing up the engines. Change the oil regularly (engine & generator). I have replaced the Sofa and dining area upholstery. I have insulated all the piping in the belly and under cabinets of the motorhome for wintertime. I had a satellite dish mounted on top and all associated wiring for Direct tv and Dish tv. I just put 7 new tires including spare in August.
I had the alignment checked, brakes checked, and wheel bearings repacked in August. Around 22,000 miles, I had the transmission flush and new filter installed, I had the radiator flushed and Ihad the rear gear box fluid replaced.
