She is stored outside, so she could use a wash. She is in good condition. She has two new batteries. The generator has gotten regular use, and is run regularly when stored. One door on the center island was broken, but the seller is having it fixed. Water, gray water and waste tanks are winterized. The flooring is in good condition. The furniture is also in good condition. There were a few spots observed, on the bottom of the driver's side folding sofa, where hardware has worn through the vinyl. See photos.
