Excel Industries was known for their common sense features, great quality, and sturdy design of the fifth wheels they made. This one is no exception.
The sellers are the only owners and they used it extensively
over the past eight years. They are no longer traveling as much as they had.
It is set up for full timing with two 40 lb propane bottles, 88 gallons of fresh water, three slides, bunk beds, a 10CF fridge, hydraulic disc brake upgrade, hydraulic leveling jacks and slides, 50 amp electrical service, 15,000 BTU air conditioner, and plenty more.
Among the things I really like are the sliding doors in the exterior pass through storage that allow easy access to important systems like the water pump, hydraulics, etc. There are hinged floor panels on either side of the pass through for easy access to the house batteries and to the hydraulic control system. This also opens storage in the front compartment where the bulky batteries are often installed.
This is a great family fifth wheel that has loads of life ahead and does not cost an arm and a leg.
All features work as they should but have normal wear and tear for a nine year old fifth wheel that is very well traveled. The batteries are brand new. Things to note include that the carpet is clean but a little worn, the tires are over five years old, the awning material needs to be replaced, and the upholstery on the sofa-bed is worn. There is a crack in the wall near the door on the right as shown in the photos. The seller removed the solar panels and inverter but would reinstall them as an extra purchase. The brackets and wiring are still shown in the photos.

Rep walked all around the outside, opened every exterior storage and feature door, took underbelly photos, and climbed a ladder to take roof photos. Did not see even one blemish. No underbelly rust on this Arizona vehicle. The slide toppers and both awnings are in great shape. The two-year-old tires look new. The generator and battery compartments are clean, as is the pass-through storage compartment. The roof seals appear good, with no noticeable cracking. The interior is the same. Opened every drawer, compartment, cabinet, and closet. According to the seller, the new fridge, curved screen living area TV, fireplace, and other features and appliances all work as they should.
